I have Digital drama

The recent reality television show I watched was True Life: I have digital drama. It wasn’t like last episode last week, where it was touching and an emotional episode. This episode was just had insane behavior. There were two couples who are about my age, which 22. The thing these couples had in common was that both of them had problems with one of them constantly being on their computer or cell phone. One girl we met was Nicole; she was dating a boy who had a lot of facebook girlfriends. He also kept his cell phone locked at all times so she couldn’t read anything on his phone. I personally think that is a bit weird, because first of all if you are in a relationship you shouldn’t have all of these other “girlfriends” that you meet via internet. On the flip side, she had a problem with constantly being on her cell phone, whether it was for texting or just talking on her phone. Eventually they broke up, it is pretty pathetic that you can’t make a relationship work because you are obsessed with texting and facebook. The next girl we met was Jasmine. She had a boyfriend who was always on the computer or his blackberry making sure his clients were satisfied. He cared more about work and his clients than he did his own girlfriend (who found out she was pregnant). Sure we all like money and money makes things easier sometimes, but in this case it didn’t. He didn’t have any balance in life when it came to work and a social life. Thankfully they went to counseling and it worked, he learned how to prioritize things in his life, which made Jasmine happy.

I went out on the web and decided to look for a blogs that had to do with all different types of reality television shows since that is what my niche is. I found a great website I think all of you should go check out. Not only do they update you on what just happened on the show, but they have inside scoop about the different cast members and what is going on in their lives. The website I suggest you go check out is: http://www.realityblurred.com/realitytv/

Check out this Link

I love reality television, which I am sure you guys already figured that out. I went out looking for different reality TV gossip and interesting viewpoints from other people about reality television. I went out on the web and found an interesting blogger who liked to blog about a lot of the same shows as I did. As I have stated before my favorite reality TV show is The Jersey Shore (which is not currently airing right now.) This particular blogger pretty much writes about every single show you can think of, and she writes about the Jersey Shore. I would like you to go to this link and explore it yourself.
http://weblogs.baltimoresun.com/entertainment/realitycheck/blog/jersey_shore/
This blog is a little bit different than me. She goes beyond just the epiosode and does the extended information and the more current information of what the cast members are doing or where they are going to be. It is different than mine, but I think that is why I like it.
The other link I think that you should go check out if you like my blog so much is this one: http://www.realityblurred.com/realitytv/
This one link provides information about different shows than me and has different details and information, which I like to read, so I think all of my readers will enjoy. It talks about the information that is currently happening within the reality TV world and not just the shows that airing on TV right now. So go and check out these links and enjoy them!

Go Back and Take A Look!

I have been at these blogs for a while now and I would like to recommend that you go back to some of my older posts that I have done. I would really like to recommend that you go back and take a look at the season of the Real Housewives of Orange County. During the time I have been writing my blogs, I have written a lot about the Housewives, mainly because they are my favorite season of the Housewives. I suggest you go back and update yourself on what happened throughout the season, just in case you missed a lot of the episodes or you just wanted a little refresher. One blog that I think you should revisit it this particular one: http://tvisreality.blogspot.com/2010/03/orange-county-finale.html
This one has to do with the season finale of the Housewives, which was one of the best episodes. The reason I like this blog so much is because it shows where the Housewives ended up at the end of the season, shows how much drama and fun they have gone through over the time of the season.
Even though I highly suggest that particular blog, I do suggest you take a look at the rest of them that has to do with the Housewives;

http://tvisreality.blogspot.com/2010/02/real-housebunds.html
http://tvisreality.blogspot.com/2010/01/real-housewives-parents.html
This blog will be able to help you go straight to those posts that I have recommended for you and I hope that you will enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed watching the show!

Recommended Products

I have decided to write a blog about a product that I would like to recommend to you readers out there. Since I talk a lot about reality television I decided to recommend a DVD. The DVD I am going to recommend is the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Since I haven’t been able to talk about them on my blog (because they are not on television anymore) I figured I would let you guys know that you should really watch them! I pick this product because this was my favorite season of Housewives. I hope they come back to Bravo soon! I want you guys to watch this because they are a different type of people. I love their accents and I love that almost all of them are related, it makes things a lot more interesting. I also like this episode because there was a lot of drama of course and it was some pretty intense drama. I won’t tell you guys out there because I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t seen the season yet. Another reason I have decided to recommend this product is because they go through the same things in like as all of us. You get to see that they are real people even if they seem like they have it all put together from the outside. They all go through their different struggles but a great thing about this group, they like to stick together (probably because they are family ha). I hope all of you readers out there go out and rent or buy this DVD. If you go to my Website I have a link there where you can buy it off of Amazon. www.bestofrealiytv.webs.com.

Lori, 16 and Pregnant

This episode of 16 and Pregnant was a very difficult one. Lori is a 17 year old who lives with her adoptive parents and attends an all girls catholic school in Northern Kentucky. Her and her baby daddy have been broken up for about a year but still remain friends. Since her parents are really religious they were shocked she got pregnant, and ultimately wanted her to give her baby up for adoption. The whole time they were pushing adoption while she was pregnant, but Lori and the dad had different ideas. A family friend gave up her kid for an adoption to a very good couple and they were thinking of adoption again. Lori had met the family and planned on giving the baby to them, but two weeks before they decided they weren’t going to be ready for a newborn baby. Lori was devastated. The dad began to have different thoughts about adoption and had the mindset that they would be able to take care of the baby. Lori’s parents were not going to give them any help if she were to keep the baby, so she needed to give the baby up. They finally decided on adoption and found a couple that would do open adoption. At the hospital it was pretty emotional because she had to give the baby up. I think that this decision was the best decision for them; there was no way they would be able to provide for that baby. I just hope they are able to keep in touch with the family throughout the years when the baby is growing up.

True Life. I need a transplant

The new season of True Life aired last night on MTV. New episodes of this show haven’t been on for a while, so I was pretty excited to see it come back on. For those who don’t know what True Life is it is a show that follows individuals who are going through something in their life. This episode was about two young people who needed transplants, unless there was a possibility that they would die. The young girl who was about 22 or so had chronic kidney disease since she was four. She had her dad’s kidney but she failed to take her medication while at college and it ended up failing her. During this episode we got to see her go through another kidney transplant that her mom gave her. It was really hard to watch because she blames herself for this happening to her family, which is not the case. She was just born with this disease, because she wouldn’t want it if she had the choice.
The next individual we met was Craig he was about 25 and a couple years ago he woke up in the middle of the night with chest pains. He goes to the doctor and when they do the blood test it comes back with Leukemia. After the chemotherapy they tell him he needs a bone marrow transplant unless he could die. This is a very high risk surgery because there is 50- 50 percent chance he won’t even make it out of the surgery alive. He got the bone morrow from his brother and it went well. He is now in his recovery stage. This was just a very sad episode, we don’t realize how lucky and how easy we have it, there are people out there who go through this every day.
